NH Geneva Airport Hotel

What I liked most about NH Geneva Airport Hotel is the excellent personal service, the price-quality ratio and the location. In addition, the beautifull and proper rooms, the cleaning services, the extensive breakfast buffet, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the employees, - who also offered me extra services and even gifts - thank you very much! I would like to mention and thank Majdouline especially, - for her nice reception and hospitality. Thank you! Overall, I had a wonderful stay. It's the little things that matter! Merci beaucoup!

The tram stop direct into Geneva city was very close to the hotel, and McDonalds was next door, also the Botanic Gardens. The restaurant was fantastic, but very limited options for kids. Room Service was lovely, and the staff were patient and friendly. Would stay here again definitely. Free airport shuttle that you can book on way to airport (runs every 30mins to the hotel). The rooms were spacious and I chose a room overlooking the gardens.

Very comfy bed. Very clean. Plenty of space in the room, bathroom a good size. Good, warm shower. Friendly receptionists. Shuttle was on time. Like that the hotel name matches my initials -NH!

Super friendly and helpful reception staff, and no issues with checking-in a couple of hours early. Free transfer to and from the airport, though we didn’t make use of this facility. Great location only a few hundred meters from the nearest tram stop to get directly into town, and visit the HLC, and next-door to a small supermarket. Nice clean and comfortable room, and continental style breakfast was exceptional. All round great value and also a nice little park behind the hotel to have a wander. Would certainly come back.

Although I did not have breakfast at the hotel, I had the opportunity to relax and have my glasses of wine. Here’s what I like: a) location- excellent, easy access to tram( just walk a bit) and supermarkets and eateries. b) cleanliness and tranquil environment both in and outside hotel. c) hotel’s sustainability policy - innovative way to achieve it, ie a coupon for a free drink at the lounge bar for every day of non use of housekeeping services; and d) It’s excellent front office staff( inc lounge bar staff.) To me, their warm welcoming disposition and efficiency ranks very highly in my evaluation. While it is difficult to mention each of them by name, I would be remiss if I do not mention 3 front office staff: Ms Leila, Mr. Miguel and Ms Evelyne; and 2 at the lounge bar: Mr. Yassin and anor gentleman ( wt his unique ‘ bicycle handle moustache!!).
