The location suited our needs as we returned our French rental car to the French airport side and caught a train the next day. With an Aldi supermarket and maccas, next door made it easy once we were carless to get some food. It was a short walk to the tram to catch the train. The breakfast was great and continually topped up, which was nice as my family can be late arrivals to breakfast and sometimes only get leftovers. Staff were super friendly, really knowledgeable, and helpful. We barely heard any planes, and we were on the top floor. We would recommend this hotel, especially if you are looking for value for money.

Hotel was super clean, staff was really helpful and polite. I stayed there for 2 nights for my business trip. Internet connection was strong enough, I didn’t have any problem during my online meetings. I didn’t hear any noise from airport, my room was super quiet. The hotel has a free airport shuttle and it was super easy to reach the hotel from the airport. There’s a market and McDonalds near the hotel, so you can reach everything easily. Public transportation is also close to the hotel. I used tram line (450m away) to reach the city center. I’m really happy to find this hotel and I’m sure that I’ll come again :)

The bed was very firm and comfortable and they have blackout blinds, so I had a good nights sleep, but this is down to personal tastes. All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make each guests stay as comfortable as possible.Particular thanks to Goncalo (a great sommelier), Karim & Anton (front of house) and also to the shuttle bus drivers who were so helpful. The shuttle service between the airport and hotel is at least every 30mins and is great.

The location is perfect if you need to stay close to the airport or want to visit the CERN, both 20 mins away. The tram stop is just 10 mins walk and goes to CERN or downtown (line 18). Amazing breakfast, available from 6:00 am and with early bird option from 5:00 am. Free airport shuttle every 30 mins, no need to book. Big rooms and very nice staff. You also get a free transport card for the entire stay, thanks to Geneva Tourism office.
